The trick to lowering property taxes is to keep property values the same or reduce them. As shown in the graph below, even when the tax rate decreases, property values rise, resulting in higher property taxes. To stabilize this, I will prevent big businesses and projects that inflate housing prices. I will halt the airport expansion. I will also stop the construction of high-density and luxury apartments. Additionally, I will prevent projects like the amphitheater and surf park, which would increase property values and, in turn, raise your property taxes.
